The Meridian zero delay uncompressed camera link was used to provide CBS the freedom of a roaming camera outside Westminster Abbey for the Royal Wedding. The output from the receiver was connected to a fibre which delivered hours of flawless uncompressed pictures direct from the camera all the way to the CBS control room in New York.
